🐾 Meet Alexandria!!
Alexandria is a sweet senior pug with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. Though she may be navigating the world a little differently these days, she does so with quiet resilience and trust in the people around her.
Alexandria has limited vision due to cataracts in one eye and very little use in the other, but don’t let that fool you—she hears well, responds to her name, and finds comfort in familiar voices and routines. She gets along nicely with other dogs and would do well in a calm, patient home where she can settle in at her own pace.
She’s mostly housebroken and enjoys the simple pleasures in life: cozy naps, tasty treats, chewing on her favorite bones, and soaking up attention from her humans. Her crate is her safe space—she loves sleeping and eating there, and it helps her feel secure.
Because of her vision challenges, Alexandria is still learning how to map out her surroundings. With a little guidance and consistency, she has all the potential to become confident and comfortable in her home. She doesn’t enjoy car rides much, so she’d do best with a family that doesn’t travel frequently.
Alexandria may be in her golden years, but she has so much love left to give. All she needs is a patient heart and a quiet place to call her own.
Alexandria is being fostered in Phoenix.
