Meet Henry 🐾
Henry is a sweet, lovable little guy with a big heart—and apparently an even bigger sense of adventure!
Henry first came into our rescue a couple of months ago and was placed in foster care while he waited for his next chapter to begin. But Henry evidently decided that foster life needed a little more excitement. He got loose and embarked on an unexpected five-week adventure. We’re still waiting for his travel memoir: Around the Neighborhood in 35 Days: The Unauthorized Adventures of Henry the Pug. 😂
For weeks, we hoped Henry was safe and that somehow he would find his way back to us. During that time, he was taken in by someone who ultimately made sure he received care. Most importantly, after approximately five long weeks, Henry was returned to the rescue healthy and safe.
Now that his days as a wandering adventurer are officially behind him, Henry is ready for something much better: a forever home. ❤️
Henry is an incredibly sweet boy who deserves all the love, comfort, and security a family can give him. He does have skin allergies that will need continued attention, but they certainly don’t stop him from enjoying life—or charming the people around him.
After everything he’s been through, Henry has already proven that he’s resilient, adaptable, and perhaps a little too adventurous for his own good. His next big journey should be much less dramatic: from rescue dog to beloved family member.
If you’re looking for a sweet little companion with an impressive backstory and enough personality to write his own adventure novel, Henry might just be your guy. 🐶❤️
Henry is being fostered in Phoenix.
My adoption includes the following:
-Spay/neuter surgery
-$25 gift voucher from our supporter at Choice Pet Market (Only if I am adopted in phx)
-All current vaccinations
-Microchip
Please submit your application if you would like to meet me, Thank you!
Adoption Fee: $400
