Hello everyone! My name is Sun and I am new to the rescue and looking for my forever home.
Sun is a 3-year-old neutered male Pug mix, about 30 pounds of charm, energy, and devotion. He’s fully potty trained, knows how to use a dog door, and walks beautifully on a leash. Sun already knows basic commands—including a solid “no”—and he’s eager to please.
This happy guy loves car rides and is a total chow hound who never misses mealtime. At the end of the day, he’s a cuddle bug who sleeps cozied up in a blanket on the bed.
Sun does well with female dogs but would do best in a home without male dogs. He was raised as an only dog with a woman, so he may need a bit of continued socialization, but he’s well-behaved and takes direction well.
Don’t let his size fool you—Sun is very athletic! He can easily clear a 4-foot barrier, so a secure yard with at least a 5-foot fence would be ideal. He’d thrive in an active home with space to run and explore.
Sun is ready to be someone’s loyal companion and sunshine-filled best friend. If you’re looking for a smart, affectionate, and adventurous dog, Sun may be the one for you!
