Hello everyone! My name is Phillip, and I am enjoying my retired life with my forever foster mom!

• I am not up for adoption.
• I am starting to have trouble with walking and standing.
• I wear belly band for accidents
• I am a gourmet pug meaning I eat only can food!! 
• I need to wear sweaters to go out, as what comes with old age is the losing weight, I am always cold outside!!
• I am very thin but like I said SWEATER WEATHER ALL THE WAY FOR ME! 
• I am a very happy boy don't let me looks fool you!!
